Terms of Service & License

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your purchase and use of software and content from stratusquant.com, operated by Open Channel Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Idaho ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using a StratusQuant product you agree to these Terms, our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. License grant

On full payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the purchased StratusQuant indicator on your own MetaTrader 5 terminals for your own trading and analysis. This is a license, not a sale of the underlying software.

3. Restrictions

• Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or publicly share the product file.
• Do not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Do not remove or alter any copyright, branding, or notice.

4. Access & updates

Your purchase includes Long-Term Access to the product and to future updates of that product released over its supported lifecycle. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no recurring fee. "Long-Term Access" describes continued access to and updates of the purchased tool for its product lifecycle; it is not a promise that any third-party platform will remain available without limit.

5. No warranty

The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software is error-free or that it will achieve any trading result. See the Disclaimer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Channel Media LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Idaho have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer.
