How do I download & install it?

Your purchase receipt and download link are in the email you received from JVZoo right after checkout (check spam if it isn't in your inbox). The file is a MetaTrader 5 indicator — an .ex5.

Drop it into your terminal's Indicators folder, refresh the Navigator, and drag it onto any chart. The full step-by-step is in the install guide below.

I don't see the indicator in MetaTrader 5.

The .ex5 has to sit in the right folder. In MetaTrader 5 use File → Open Data Folder, then go to MQL5 → Indicators and copy the file there.

Back in the terminal, right-click Navigator → Refresh (or restart MetaTrader 5). It then appears under Navigator → Indicators, ready to drag onto a chart. Still stuck? Ask the assistant above.

Which product am I asking about?

You don't need to pick from a menu — just tell the AI assistant the indicator name (it's on your sales page and in your receipt) and it will pull the matching guide.

Do I get updates?

Yes. Every StratusQuant indicator is a one-time purchase with Long-Term Access and all future updates of that tool included — no subscription and no recurring fees.

New builds are released over the tool's supported lifecycle; we'll let you know how to grab each one.

What's your refund policy?

StratusQuant products are digital and delivered immediately, so all sales are final once your download has been delivered, to the extent permitted by law. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.

If a download or install problem is stopping you from using what you bought, email us — we'll get it working or make it right.

Installing on MetaTrader 5

The same five steps work for any StratusQuant indicator. You'll need the .ex5 file from your purchase email.

  1. In MetaTrader 5, open the menu File → Open Data Folder. A file-explorer window opens at your terminal's data folder.
  2. Open the MQL5 folder, then open the Indicators folder inside it.
  3. Copy your StratusQuant .ex5 file into that Indicators folder.
  4. Back in MetaTrader 5, right-click in the Navigator panel and choose Refresh (or simply restart MetaTrader 5). The indicator now appears under Navigator → Indicators.
  5. Drag the indicator onto any chart — any symbol, any timeframe — confirm its inputs, and it starts marking the chart right away.

If the indicator doesn't show up after a refresh, make sure the .ex5 is directly inside MQL5\Indicators (not a sub-folder) and restart MetaTrader 5. StratusQuant indicators are MetaTrader 5 only — they do not run on MetaTrader 4.

MQL5 Market

Bought on the MQL5 Market

Purchases, re-downloads, and refunds for MQL5 Market orders are handled by MetaQuotes through the product's page and its Comments tab. We can't see or change Market orders, so those requests have to go through MQL5.

That said, you can still ask the AI assistant above any how-to-use question about the indicator — it works the same wherever you bought it.
