Refund Policy

Digital products, delivered immediately

StratusQuant products are digital software, delivered to you immediately on purchase. Because you receive and can use the product right away, all sales are final once your download has been delivered, to the extent permitted by applicable law. By completing your purchase you give your prior express consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal / cancellation once the download has begun. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cancellation period for digital content, this consent and acknowledgement mean the cancellation period does not apply once delivery has started, as permitted by Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law.

If something goes wrong

We stand behind the product. If a download, license, or installation problem prevents you from using what you bought, contact us at support@stratusquant.com and we will help you get it working or make it right. Reaching out about a technical issue is always welcome.

Where you bought it — who handles your refund

How you reach us depends on where you purchased:

• On stratusquant.com — checkout and billing are handled by our authorized online retailer, JVZoo, on behalf of Open Channel Media LLC. Your card statement will show the descriptor StratusQuant. For any refund request or billing question, contact us at support@stratusquant.com; JVZoo can also be contacted as the retailer of record for the transaction.
• On the MetaTrader 5 / MQL5 Market — that purchase is made through MetaQuotes / the MQL5 Market, which is the seller of record for Market sales, and any refund is governed by the MQL5 Market's own refund process. We cannot issue refunds for Market purchases; please use the Market's process.
