Because you receive and can use the product right away, all sales are final once your download has been delivered, to the extent permitted by applicable law. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you agree to that immediate delivery.
We stand behind the product. If a download, license, or installation problem prevents you from using what you bought, contact us at support@stratusquant.com and we will help you get it working or make it right. Reaching out about a technical issue is always welcome.
