Who we are

StratusQuant is a brand of Open Channel Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Idaho, United States, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. What we collect

• Order & contact information — your name and email, collected at checkout to deliver your product and provide support. For purchases on stratusquant.com, checkout and payment are handled by our retailer JVZoo and its payment processors; for MQL5 Market purchases, by MetaQuotes / the MQL5 Market. We do not store your full card details.
• Email-list data — if you opt in, your email, consent timestamp, and IP address are stored with our email provider to send product delivery, updates, and related messages. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Basic technical data — standard server/log data and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

To deliver and support your purchase, to send updates and offers you opted into, to operate and secure the site, and to meet legal obligations. We share data only with the processors that make those functions work (payment, email delivery, hosting) and only as needed.

Legal basis & retention
